Ryerson’s School of Journalism organized a teach-in Tuesday.
All journalism classes were cancelled for the day-long event, which featured experts and guest speakers discussing some of the main issues facing journalists today.
Topics ranged from why journalism matters, to Islamophobia, to Toronto’s status as a sanctuary city.
The Ryersonian will post coverage of the event later today.
