In pictures: How stylish is Hudson’s Bay’s new Sochi 2014 collection?

The mitts are back.

To celebrate the 100-day countdown to the official start of the Sochi 2014 Olympic games, the Hudson’s Bay Company unveiled its 2014 Winter Games clothesline last week, including the iconic red mittens from Vancouver 2012.

But how does this year’s Olympic-themed line stack up in the world of design?

Fourth-year Ryerson fashion design student Alora Arnold and third-year fashion communications student Yara Kamal give their thoughts on whether they think the winter pieces are fab or a flop.
