Poll: Should groups govern players’ lives outside sports?

This week, video footage was released of NFL running back Ray Rice of the Baltimore Ravens beating his then-fiance unconscious.

The story brought the issue of domestic violence in the sports world into sharp focus.

While many condemned the video, some say professional sports organizations should have not have a say in players’ behaviours outside sports.
