Students use art to chase away midterm stress

As students continue to feel the stress surrounding school and the winter blues because of the cold weather, some programs on campus are providing students an outlet to reduce stress.

Ryerson’s tri-mentoring program hosted Art for Anxiety, an event aimed at using art as a form of therapy.
