This week, The Ryersonian ran an editorial about Olivia Chow as the only visible minority among the front-runners in the Toronto mayoral race. Although Chow is not currently involved in Toronto municipal politics, her candidacy brings forth the issue about representation in both Toronto city hall and city halls around Canada.
