Increasing complaints in this year’s ombudsman’s report

Complaints from Toronto residents are increasing in number and severity, according to Ombudsman Fiona Crean’s 2013 annual report, which was released today. There were 1,827 complaints made in 2013, 28 per cent higher compared to 2012.
