For too long women have been kept on the sidelines in the sports world. But not the same sideline our male reporter counterparts get to work from. We have been transferred to a different stadium and told to sit down. No longer will women accept being spoken to about games as if we pick our teams based on jersey colours. No longer will women be kept out of the press box because we don’t have the same pro-caliber experience. No longer will women accept being benched.
