It’s been six months since Chartwells took over Food Services at Ryerson, and they’re throwing a town hall for students, faculty and staff to get feedback on how they’re doing. The Ryerson community will discuss if Chartwells has followed through on their promise to provide diverse food choices, low prices and sustainable, local products.
Joshna Maharaj, assistant director of food services and executive chef, along with Geetha Ramasamy, general manager of Chartwells will be at the town hall to hear suggestions. Tony Conte, director of the Office of Vice Provost, Students will moderate the dialogue. Chartwells plans to announce renovations to the HUB this summer and a weekly farmer’s market starting in May.
