Community Council Unanimously Rejects 8 Elm St.
Oct 14, 2016 — Thank you so much to everyone that has signed my petition so far, I really do appreciate it. Today I presented your 300+ signatures in front of Councillors representing downtown & spoke in opposition to this proposal. Community Council unanimously rejected the proposal. The fight isn't over yet. The entire Toronto City Council will be voting November 8 or 9, and the developer (not surprisingly) is now publicly stating they will appeal the decision if it is a "no". Stay tuned for more updates...
