COVID-19 Audience Safety Measures
We are delighted to welcome you back to our theatres! The safety of our staff and audience is our priority. We have put in place a number of new measures as part of our re-opening plan, and we thank you in advance for your cooperation. These safety measures apply to all patrons regardless of being partially or fully vaccinated.
Your Safety Is Our Primary Concern
All visitors and staff will be required to wear a mask that fully covers the nose, mouth and chin at all times during their visit to the theatre. Masks should fit snugly against the face without gaps; cloth masks should have at least two layers of fabric. Neck gaiters and bandanas are not permitted.
Only mobile tickets will be available. Simply present your tickets on your mobile device or through the Mirvish App when entering the theatre. You may also print your mobile tickets. Box Office pick up is not available.
Measures have been put into place to keep our patrons at least 2 metres apart from other patrons throughout their visit to the theatre.
We ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided as you enter the theatre. Sanitizer can also be found at designated points throughout the venue.
Theatre lobbies, including access to washrooms, will be open a half hour prior to ticketed time. Patrons will be seated 15 minutes prior to curtain. Patron access will be clearly marked with directional arrows and signs located around the venue.
Enhanced cleaning measures have been put into place before, during and after each sound installation. Common contact surfaces and washrooms are regularly sanitised by our on-site cleaning team. This show requires the use of headsets, which are sanitized between each installation.
Our theatres are equipped with mechanical ventilation systems which introduce fresh air every 15 minutes.

For contact tracing purposes, the ticket purchaser will be considered the primary contact for any guests and will be expected to have contact info for each member of their party.
